For example you may do this to present a question about or to request additional information about a tour

Please
be assured that any information we collect is used purely for the purpose of
effective communication between A Day Outdoors Touring and
you - the inquirer. Under no
circumstances will we provide your information to some other party as part of
some marketing program, etc. There are two reasons for this. The first is we don't have
the time to muck around with that sort of "stuff". The second is that
we hate it when we get unsolicited "stuff". The only circumstances
where any of your details might be provided to another party is when we are
booking some part of a tour program. (For instance to book accommodation we
would usually be asked to provide no more than your name!) So, if you
believe something sent to you is because the contact information came from A
Day Outdoors Touring, then we can pretty safely tell you that the information
was stolen or taken without our knowledge. If you have any questions about this subject feel free to raise them with
us.
Itineraries
The tour programs contained in this web-site are effective from
June 2010. The operator reserves the right to cancel, amend or vary tour itineraries
and/or days of operation as required.
Tour Prices
All prices specified are expressed in Australian Currency (AUD) and payable
to A Day Outdoors Touring in Australian Currency (AUD).
Not Included in Tour Price
Any meals
provided as part of a tour program will be specified at booking or in
presentation of any itinerary however, beverages purchased at meal-time are not included.
Bookings
A booking is accepted upon payment of a minimum 20% deposit based on the
number of persons booked with the balance payable on or before the date of the
tour.
Collection Points for Tour Guests
All tours include guest collection from any point within the Melbourne
Central Business District (CBD) or other points as otherwise agreed. A tour guest’s return
will be to the same collection point or otherwise as agreed.
Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation of a tour booking within 24 hours of the tour commencement
or where no notice is given will result in the tour operator retaining 100% of
all monies paid at that time.
No Smoking
Smoking inside tour vehicles is prohibited by Government legislation. There
will be opportunities to smoke during tour stops.
Seat-belts
The vehicles owned by A Day Outdoors Touring are equipped with a seat-belt
for each occupant. Government legislation requires that these
be worn at all
times while the vehicle is operating.
Relationship to other Providers
A Day Outdoors Touring operates tour programs
with the guests interests central to all aspects of the tour program. In particular, the
wineries visited, the restaurants and cafes selected or recommended, the places
of accommodation used and the attractions visited are selected purely to meet
the aims of a program (structured and formatted tour programs) or to meet a guest's requirements or stated
preferences (private tour programs). Alternatively, if the selection is left to our discretion, the
measures we use to select a site are based on the facilities being of a suitably high standard
and/or on the satisfaction displayed by previous guests of A Day Outdoors Touring.
A Day Outdoors Touring is not influenced in
the selection of the properties we visit based on inducements offered by any
property! Simply we we will not succumb to that sort of approach and we do not take
any such inducements! Please contact us if any clarification is required.
